All the repairs and contractor work is complete, it’s time for your photos, but are you really ready? Here’s a quick check list to help your photos be the best they can be.
-Clear off counters, only the bare minimums if anything left, including things you use on a daily basis. Soap, towels (that aren’t decorative) paper towels, floor mats.
-Oplen blind to the neutral position
-Turn all fans OFF & lights on
-Pick up any pet related items and tuck away
-Make all beds
-Tidy up shelves and clear off tables/nightstands etc. including, remote controls, reading glasses, retainers, tissues
-Move all vehicles from the front of the house
-Hide hoses and any other extra outside items
-Secure pets
-Close toilet lids & closet doors
-Tuck cords where possible
-When in doubt take it out
